This manual has been
written in several sections in order to separate the information in
manner that will allow you to learn how to create Web pages over an
extended period of time. In short, you will be able to learn one topic
one day and come back to learn another topic another day. It has also
been separated to some degree by the level of difficulty of each topic.
It basically goes from easy to hard, but the hard won't seem so hard if
you go through the manual one section at a time. Each topic has it's own
description right below it, so if one section doesn't suite your needs,
you can skip it and move on to another section; you always have the
choice and opportunity to return to a skipped section later on in the
manual.
- The Basics
As will
all things we always have the Basics. Here you will learn the most
basic things about an Html page that will help you create, change,
and manipulate your pages by simply changing the code. This section
is very important because you will learn things here that will be
useful later on in the manual. (8 pages)
- More on Links
This
section includes some items that were not included in the
links section of "The Basics" because I wanted
you to give them some special attention; I think you will find
this section useful. (2 pages)

Working with tables
Do you
want to learn how to use tables to create more interactive and
better look pages? This section will begin to show you how you can
use tables to position your text and your images in almost any place
on page you want. I'll bet you didn't know that this page you are
reading right has been created using tables; tables are very useful
and once you are done reading this section you will think so too.

- Creating simple Menu's
This
section will offer you an opportunity to bring together some of the
things you have learned in the previous sections. We will work a
little more with tables, nothing too complex. We will also begin to
work a little more with links, both normal links and mail links.
Furthermore this section will show you how to create both a menu to
be located on the left of your page, as well as a menu located on
the top of your page. Towards the end of this section you will also
be shown how to use both types of menu's within one page, and for
the first time we will work with invisible tables. (4 pages)
